These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the selecta.one website (the “Site”) and the services offered by Selecta One. By browsing the Site, submitting our forms, or using our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Our Services
Selecta One connects professionals with companies looking to hire, and supports those companies throughout their search and selection processes. Using the Site or applying to our processes does not guarantee a job, an interview, or an offer: the final hiring decision rests solely with our client companies.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you may not:
- Provide false or inaccurate information, or information that does not belong to you.
- Impersonate any other person or company.
- Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
- Introduce viruses or malicious code, or take any action that disrupts the operation of the Site.
- Use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
5. Applications, Data & Privacy
When you apply, you represent that the information and documents you provide (including your resume and your answers) are true, complete, and current, and that you are responsible for their accuracy. We may share your information with client companies for the purposes of their selection processes. The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content
All content on the Site (brand, logo, text, graphics, the “The One Candidate Method” methodology, designs, and other materials) is owned by Selecta One or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws; it may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. The Site may include links to or embedded content from third parties (forms, maps, social media): Selecta One does not control and is not responsible for the practices, content, or privacy policies of those third parties.
7. Disclaimers, Liability & Indemnification
The Site and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep the information current and the Site operational, we do not warrant that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that the outcome of any selection process will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selecta One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or the services, nor for hiring decisions made by client companies. You agree to indemnify and hold Selecta One harmless from any third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
8. Changes, Governing Law & Contact
We may update these Terms & Conditions and/or the services at any time; the version in effect is always the one posted on this page, together with its update date. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
