  2. Data gathering

    In-depth interviews, competency assessment and 360° feedback (optional) for each person assessed.

  3. Analysis & calibration

    We map performance vs. potential and identify high-potentials, flight risks and competency gaps.

  4. Report & debrief

    We deliver the report and the talent map, with actionable recommendations and a debrief with the leader.
