It all starts with the Kick-off — one of the things that set us apart

Before we begin the search, we run a thorough, exhaustive review of the role, broken into six sections, so we have everything we need to find the perfect candidate:

  1. Search overview — company, role, responsibilities and KPIs.
  2. Education & expertise — academics, technical skills, languages and AI.
  3. Career track record — experience, industries and achievements.
  4. Personality & personal style — communication, motivations and culture.
  5. Work environment & culture — the leader, the team and the organization.
  6. Operating & financial terms — compensation, benefits and process.

The document is signed with the client, and only then does the search begin, with a complete map of the candidate we need.

  1. Planning & Kick-off

    Includes a market screening to validate the need outlined in the document and the compensation the client is offering.

  2. Search & Headhunting

    Market mapping, outreach to target candidates at direct and indirect competitors, in-depth interviews and assessments.

  3. Candidate delivery

    Negotiation and close. Presentation of the right candidate.

  4. Candidate start

    The executive officially joins the company.

External C-Level Advisory

In every Executive search we include a sitting C-level executive (for example, a CFO from another company) who acts as an external advisor on the process:

  • Reviews the defined profile with us.
  • Takes part in key candidate interviews.
  • Brings a peer-to-peer perspective, making sure the candidate meets the standards of the role.

Their fees are covered by our firm and already included in the fee. For you, that means a double quality filter: Selecta One's evaluation plus validation from an active executive.
